Job summary

Café Zupas seeks a District Manager to lead multi-unit operations across assigned restaurants in Minnesota. You will partner with restaurant leaders to drive sales, optimize labor and food cost, and cultivate a culture of positivity and guest service.

The role requires 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership, a five-day set schedule, mentoring, and the ability to develop future leaders while maintaining a fast-paced, high-standards environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, driven; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
• Be good to others. Be good to yourself!
