Job summary

Café Zupas in Utah is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant locations and partner with restaurant leaders to drive sales, labor, and food costs while maintaining quality and guest experience.

You will spend 2–3 days in restaurants providing direction and feedback, coaching leadership teams, and shaping a culture of positivity and gratitude. Join a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
