Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across multiple locations. You will partner with restaurant leaders to guide performance, support staffing, and drive sales and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership, a proven track record in team development, and a positive, proactive mindset. This role involves ongoing training, regular on-site presence, and a commitment to our collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for the leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
• Be good to others. Be good to yourself!
