Job summary

Café Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple locations across our growing portfolio. You will work closely with restaurant leaders, guiding operations and driving performance in sales, labor, and food costs.

You will mentor teams and help shape the next generation of leaders in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You will foster a culture of positivity, implement continuous improvements, and partner with mentors to maintain optimal staffing levels across districts.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills with mentoring experience.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in restaurants to provide direction and feedback to leadership teams.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Collaborate with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all locations.
