Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant leaders across the assigned area. You will spend 2-3 days at each restaurant providing direction and feedback, helping hit targets for sales, labor and food cost, and building a bench of future leaders.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales.
• Positive, enthusiastic and driven; adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
• Build a bench of future leaders
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
