Job summary

McDonald's Corporation seeks a Department Manager to lead shifts, supervise Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management in a fast-paced McDonald's restaurant.

You will hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals, deliver a memorable guest experience, and work closely with the General Manager to uphold quality and service standards across kitchen, people, and service areas.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Flexible schedules and positive team players who like to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Be results oriented: delegate tasks to team members and report back results.
• Lead the experience: support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people, and service areas.
• Understand that teamwork is key: partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
