McDonald’s is seeking a Department Manager to lead shifts, supervise training, food safety, and inventory across a fast-paced restaurant. The ideal candidate has managerial experience, is 18+, and thrives in a team environment focused on guest satisfaction and efficiency.

You will hire, train, and schedule staff, delegate tasks, and work with the General Manager to maintain high standards of service, quality, and cost control in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older to work as a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
• Strong customer service mindset and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and departments, oversee training, food safety, and inventory management.
• Delegate tasks to team, follow up, and report results to managers.
• Support the General Manager to hit restaurant performance and quality standards.
• Ensure kitchen quality, safety, cost control and new menu items.
• Hire, train and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences by training staff and organizing service areas.
