Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchise restaurant.
• Able to lead shifts weekly and manage departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee Guest Service, Kitchen and People departments to meet goals.
• Ensure food quality, safety and cost controls across the restaurant.
• Hire, train and schedule crew to support sales and profitability.
