McDonald’s is seeking a driven Department Manager to lead restaurant operations and drive performance. The role focuses on training, food safety, inventory management, and daily leadership of the team to deliver consistent results and excellent guest experiences.

As part of our team, you will develop staff, manage scheduling, and uphold McDonald’s standards while participating in safety initiatives and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Department managers have responsibilities in the restaurant including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers.
• Kitchen Department Managers ensure high quality food, safety, controlled costs, and trained staff for new menu items.
• People Department Managers hire, train, and schedule Crew to meet sales and profit goals, and engage employees through motivation and recognition.
