McDonald’s Restaurants Limited seeks a Department Manager to lead and motivate restaurant teams in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee guest services, kitchen operations, and people development, ensuring top customer experiences and smooth daily performance.

Responsibilities include shift leadership, department coordination, training, and achieving sales and service goals, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency in a franchisee-owned setting.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for every customer.
• Oversee Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments; set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to the team and other managers.
• Ensure food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training to maintain high standards of service.
