Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee Training, Food Safety and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results.
• Ensure Front Counter and McCafé/Drive-Thru areas are organized for best service.
• Hire qualified crew, train them well and schedule to meet goals.
