Job summary

Embassy Suites - Louisville - Downtown in Louisville, KY is seeking a full-time Restaurant Cook. You will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and coordinate meal planning with the general manager.

Qualifications

• Must have basic cooking skills and ability to follow recipes.
• Experience with quantity food preparation is preferred.
• Food Health/Sanitation knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch and/or dinners.
• Meal planning in conjunction with general manager.
• Review menus prior to preparation of food.
• Assure that all food procedures are followed.
• Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary.
• Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply.
• Follow all sanitation guidelines.
• Become familiar with new menu items/dishes.
