Bootleggers Food & Drink in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Cook to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and to assist with meal planning alongside the general manager.

Responsibilities include reviewing menus, ensuring all food procedures are followed, coordinating with other departments, assisting with purchasing and inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards. A formal culinary background is preferred, with at least 1 year of cooking experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
  • Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
  • Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
  • Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
  • Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate.
