Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking an On Premise Sales Consultant to service restaurants and bars in the Austin area. You will manage a defined sales territory, deliver compelling presentations, and drive growth through selling, merchandising, servicing, and administrative tasks.

The role requires strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset and a valid driver's license. Local candidates preferred with a focus on timely, friendly customer interactions and accurate order handling.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goals and results driven.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Must pass criminal background and MVR.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).

Responsibilities

• Make effective sales presentations.
• Ensure Consistent customer contact and territory management.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives.
• Identify and nurture new accounts.
• Use POS and merchandising basics to enhance selling efforts.
