Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.

• Supervise dining room staff and ensure maximum guest satisfaction and quality work environment.
• Oversee payroll, cash handling, and operating expenses; support communications on system issues.
• Attend unit management meetings and contribute to achieving objectives during shifts.
