Border Foods in Minnesota seeks an Assistant Manager to lead the restaurant, manage operations, and build a strong team. You will ensure safe, friendly service and uphold Core Values such as accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; 50 hours/week minimum.
• ServeSafe certification required; 18+ years of age; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team to serve guests.

• Schedule and deploy the team to ensure safe, friendly, high‑quality food service.
• Monitor POS system, cash handling, and adherence to health and safety standards.
