Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Willmar, MN to oversee the operation of the restaurant and lead a strong team focused on delivering great food and a friendly guest experience.

You will manage daily activities, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive performance while upholding Border Foods core values of accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Lead and supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders to ensure food quality and customer service.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
