Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales growth, P&L statements, recruitment, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position, minimum 50 hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong, capable team.
• Ensure great food and friendly guest experiences.
• Monitor staffing, labor, inventory, and cash handling.
• Lead safety, sanitation, and adherence to standards.
