Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Minnesota, ensuring excellent guest experiences and strong team performance. Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, and managing P&L performance, with a minimum 50-hour workweek and flexibility for early mornings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
Experience with sales building and customer service.
Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
