You will coach staff, ensure food safety, budgeting, and brand standards while developing leadership skills.

The candidate will gain experience in staffing, training, operations, and performance metrics, with strong emphasis on customer service, safety, and profitability across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.
• Acts with integrity and maintains commitments.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and supervise housekeeping.
• Establish production management and compliance with standards.
• Direct food preparation and ensure safety regulations are met.
• Oversee cash, sales, and inventory records accuracy.
• Communicate with the district manager regularly.
• Complete daily, weekly, and period paperwork and schedules.
