Circle K Stores Inc. in Spartanburg, SC is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

You will coach staff, ensure food safety and brand standards, manage shifts and paperwork, and help maintain exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires full-time availability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and pre-opening and post-closing required.

Responsibilities

• Assist RM with daily restaurant operations.
• Coach and supervise team; conduct interviews.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to health regulations.
• Assign shifts and verify duties.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory; complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor.
• Complete end-of-period reports and counts.
• Ensure a safe environment following safety codes.
• Partner with RM to meet financial and operational metrics.
