Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Longs, SC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and lead the team in their absence.

The RAM coaches and develops Team Members, partners with management to uphold standards, and ensures guest satisfaction while following safety and health regulations. This role requires a proactive leader who drives operational metrics.

Qualifications

• Full time availability required, extended hours and pre-opening/post-closing coverage.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for shift duties.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills essential.
• Ability to motivate and coach team members to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
• Assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health regulations
• Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food prep and production management
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory control records for the shift
