Job summary

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner.
• Coaches and corrects team; conducts interviews for team members and shift leads; assigns shift duties and follows up for completion
• Directs team to ensure all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations; follows food safety guidelines
• Completes end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork and counts; reports discrepancies to supervisor
• Maintains cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift; ensures accurate end-of-period paperwork and counts
• In RM absence, RAM completes daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, and other duties as required
• Guarantees a safe environment by following government laws and safety codes; supports responsible training and incident reporting
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics and drive profitability
