Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and supervise the team. You will partner with the Restaurant Manager to maintain brand standards and ensure guests have a positive experience.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours. Benefits include extensive health plans, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and more. This is a full-time on-site position at our Charleston location.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation, and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members

Responsibilities

• Assist RM with daily operations and supervise team.
• Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and supervise housekeeping tasks.
• Ensure food safety and adherence to Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Coaches team on product preparation and service standards.
• Complete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork; report discrepancies.
