Job summary

Burger King in Omaha seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will partner with the General Manager to drive service standards, quality, and cleanliness while delivering financial results.

You will train new teammates, run engaging team huddles, monitor speed of service, manage schedules, and apply cost controls. The role requires 1–2 years supervisory experience and a high school diploma, with availability for all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor staffing and production planning and adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules and onboarding for new hires.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
