Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience desirable.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in line with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders and put people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable experiences for guests to encourage return visits.
• Maintain balance between high-quality employee/guest experience and financial goals.
• Welcome and train new team members.
• Lead team huddles to inform and motivate.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members.
• Build shift supervisor capability and prepare for next levels.
• Recognize and celebrate team successes.
• Coach brand service behaviors and provide feedback.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure welcoming, clean restaurant environment.
• Maintain product quality and operational standards.
• Collaborate with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and create product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor staffing and adjust production planning.
• Create and monitor schedules; onboard new team members.
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
