Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Non-exempt management position and expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServSafe certified.
