Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure food quality and service.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across all shifts.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs to meet budget.
