Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and build a strong team delivering great food and a friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; minimum 50 hours/week.
• ServeSafe Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.

• Manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance with safety standards.
