Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce core values and lead daily restaurant operations. You will drive consistent, friendly service and quality food while developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position with a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop Team Members to meet standards and expectations.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and costs to drive profitability.
