M&M Custard, LLC, franchised Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, and ensure quality, service, cleanliness and speed align with brand standards.

This role develops future Restaurant Leaders by strengthening operational and leadership capabilities and guiding team performance through hands-on coaching, feedback, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of restaurant or retail leadership experience.
• Supervisory or Shift Manager experience preferred.
• Knowledge of POS and BOH systems.
• Experience with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support team development during daily operations.
• Provide direction and coaching to Team Members on shift.
• Ensure adherence to quality, service, cleanliness, and speed standards.
• Support labor and cost management through reporting tools.
• Uphold safety and food safety standards and conduct routine checks.
