Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding guest service, food quality, and sanitation. You will supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff, assign daily tasks, manage inventory, and reconcile cash while maintaining policy compliance and safety standards.

The role requires a mature, professional, and friendly leader who can recruit, train, and develop staff, review performance, and adjust schedules to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate well.
• Proficient math skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Demonstrates maturity and professional demeanor at all times.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Positive attitude and self-discipline.
• At least 3 years restaurant manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure quality food, service, and sanitation.
• Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff.
• Assign and direct daily work responsibilities for staff.
• Order inventory for all areas and operations.
• Reconcile cash registers at open and close off each shift.
• Maintain records per policies and comply with laws.
• Ensure staff compliance with policies, standards and safety.
• Lead staff meetings and communicate with GM and staff.
