You’ll balance hands-on leadership with developing future operators, focusing on profitability, sales growth, and Freddy’s brand standards.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of leadership experience, is detail-oriented, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Time management and task prioritization.
• Must pass background checks and ERC training.
• ANSI Manager Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant to ensure Freddy’s hospitality, quality, and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional guest service and set an example for team members.
• Coaching, training, and motivating team members across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Support strategies to drive sales growth and operations progress.
• Assist with inventory, hiring and other administrative duties.
• Uphold Freddy’s brand standards and culture on shift.
