Responsibilities

• Oversee shift execution and guest service to ensure Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness.
• Coach and develop team members and provide on-shift training.
• Maintain food safety, security, and sanitation throughout the shift.
• Assist with hiring, training, and administrative duties as needed.
• Support operations to drive sales growth and achieve restaurant goals.
