Job summary

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Speedway, IN, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily guest service, team development, and restaurant operations. You will help maintain Freddy's Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness standards while driving performance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires proven restaurant leadership, ability to manage schedules and inventories, and a hands-on approach to coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or leadership experience with a track record of guest service, team building, and people development.
• Experience analyzing performance data, sales reports, or similar metrics to drive results.
• Ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Excellent guest and team communication skills.
• Proficiency with common desktop software programs.
• Experience in inventory, scheduling, labor management, and P&L awareness is helpful.
