Burger King is hiring in Markham, Illinois for a hands-on restaurant role that focuses on developing leaders and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will train and coach team members, lead daily huddles, and help ensure operational excellence while meeting financial goals.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of supervision, and strong communication with guests and staff. Availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
