Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. Burger King franchise in Yorkville, IL, is seeking an on-site Restaurant Team Lead/Assistant Manager to drive daily operations, guest service, and team development. You will train staff, lead huddles, manage schedules, and uphold quality and cleanliness standards while achieving financial goals.

Applicants should have strong guest service skills, a high school diploma, and 1–2 years supervisory experience. Open availability including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
