Burger King in Chicago is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead teams, coach staff, and ensure top-quality guest service. You will manage daily operations, training, and scheduling to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a customer-focused mindset, with availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays. This is an on-site position at our Chicago location.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
