Qualifications

• Six months of restaurant management experience or one year retail management.
• Experience running shifts without supervision.
• Good communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches team members and drivers.
• Directs staff to meet food service standards.
• Ensures compliance with employee handbook and policies.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Adjusts staffing, inventory, and food costs.
• Completes weekly inventory.
• Supports administrative tasks and records.
• Maintains customer service focus.
• Responds to guest requests and escalates complaints.
