SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations, training staff, and ensuring clean, safe, and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months restaurant management (QSR) or 1 year retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems.
• Willingness to abide by appearance and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coaches Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Monitors staffing levels, inventory, and food cost control.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Reinforces customer service focus and responds to guest requests.
• Documents and maintains records and required documentation.
• Reports guest complaints to supervisor and helps resolve them.
