Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience, uphold quality, safety and cleanliness, and lead by example. You will partner with the General Manager to drive performance across operations, profit, and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate excels at coaching, has strong leadership and a track record of achieving high standards in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on integrity and customer service.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
• Hire, train & coach the team
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
