Popeyes in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, develop people, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced kitchen. You will coach hourly staff and Team Members, uphold brand standards, and guide guest experiences with warm hospitality.

This role also focuses on inventory, cash control, and driving profitability through smart daily actions in a high-energy Louisiana kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in a quick-service or fast-paced restaurant environment (management experience preferred).
• People-first leadership mindset with strong communication skills.
• Solid understanding of P&L basics and how daily actions impact results.
• Desire to learn, grow, and uphold Popeyes standards in a high-energy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the team by coaching hourly Shift Coordinators and team members, building skills and raising performance.
• Deliver great guest experiences by guiding teams to serve fast, friendly, and accurate meals in a clean, welcoming kitchen.
• Lead operations by upholding Popeyes brand standards and ensuring smooth, efficient execution.
• Support profitability by managing inventory, placing and receiving orders, maintaining restaurant assets, and following cash control procedures.
