Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in a quick-service or fast-paced restaurant environment.
• A people-first leadership mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the team by coaching Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members, building skills, and raising performance.
• Deliver great guest experiences by guiding teams to serve fast, friendly, and accurate meals in a clean, welcoming kitchen.
• Lead strong operations by upholding Popeyes brand standards and ensuring smooth, efficient execution.
• Support profitability by managing inventory, placing and receiving orders, maintaining restaurant assets, and following cash control procedures.
