Burger King in Houston is seeking a hands-on supervisor to develop servant leaders, create memorable guest experiences, and ensure smooth restaurant operations. You will train new team members, lead daily huddles, and monitor service speed while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Excellent guest service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required. Must be able to motivate staff and work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience would be ideal.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Able to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions.
• Flexible to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
