Qualifications

• Review sales and scheduling to uphold QSC standards.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to optimize ordering.
• Evaluate cost controls and adjust as needed.
• Monitor staffing and on-boarding of new hires.
• Implement plans addressing staffing and operational assessments.
