Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Monitors speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures restaurant is welcoming and clean, with consistent product quality.
• Partners with the GM and team to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and cost controls, adjusting as needed.
• Monitors staffing and onboarding for new team members.
