Job summary

Burger King in Texas is hiring a hands-on Supervisor/Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant team and deliver excellent guest experiences. The role emphasizes servant leadership, team development, training, and cost-conscious operations in a dynamic franchise setting.

You will participate in scheduling, coaching, and creating action plans with the Restaurant General Manager to meet QSC goals and drive guest satisfaction throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) will be met
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs
• Reviews inventory efficiencies to create product orders
• Evaluates and implements cost controls
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes necessary adjustments
• Creates and monitors schedule and manages new team members on-boarding process
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments
