Job summary

Burger King in Houston is hiring a supervisory team member for our growing restaurant. You will lead a fast-paced team, train new hires, and ensure high-quality guest experiences while meeting financial goals.

You will work with the GM on action plans to improve guest metrics and maintain HACCP and QSC standards. Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of supervisory experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensures daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs are accurate.
• Reviews inventory to inform product orders and cost controls.
• Monitors staffing and production planning; adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedules and onboarding for new hires.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and assessments.
