Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Easley, SC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. You’ll coach and develop crew, work with the Restaurant Operating Partner, and help drive guest satisfaction through hospitality, speed of service, and daily operations.

This role emphasizes staffing, training, KPI achievement, and building a fun, high-quality work culture where team members enjoy coming to work and guests enjoy made-to-order meals.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience.
• A hospitality focus and strong communications skills.
• Ability to help build a team, then mentor team members for success.
• Able to learn new skills, self-starting personality, maintain professional appearance and manners.
• Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Manager as a critical part of the Leadership Team.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure shifts run smoothly and goals are met.
• Partner with Restaurant Operating Partner to manage restaurant operations.
• Drive KPIs such as sales, guest count, profitability, hospitality, safety and cleanliness.
• Recruit and retain key team members by effective leadership and recognition.
