Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in developing a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will help train Crew and Shift Leaders, drive profitability, and ensure brand standards across operations.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or retail supervisory experience, strong English communication, basic computing and math skills, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (POS, spreadsheets) expected.
• Basic writing skills for reporting and documentation.
• Proficient in math and financial management for cost control and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly.
• Support the development of team members.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, clean, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive improvements.
